What is screen printing?(1)

Screen printing as a wide range of printing applications, polyester bolting cloth is one of them according to the different materials can be divided into: fabric printing, plastic printing, metal printing, ceramic printing, glass printing, electronic product printing, lottery silk screen, electric decorative board silk screen, Metal advertising board silk screen printing, stainless steel product silk screen printing, light reflector silk screen printing, screen printing anodized aluminum, silk screen printing and lacquer silk screen printing and so on.

Fabric printing refers to the process of forming a pattern on a fabric by printing. Printing methods include: pattern printing, screen printing, drum-type rotary screen printing, transfer printing and multi-color dyeing printing, etc., where the screen printing comes from the type printing (including the type of paper and zinc), starting From manual operation, it gradually moved to semi-automatic, fully automated, and later developed into a round network.

There are several printing methods for fabric printing:

1. Direct printing of paint Direct printing of paint is to directly print the prepared printing paste on the fabric, which is the simplest and most commonly used process in the printing process. The direct printing process of paint generally refers to printing on white or light-colored fabrics. It is convenient for color matching and simple in process. After printing, it can be baked and treated, and it is suitable for textiles of various fibers. The direct coating process for paints can be classified into Accramin F-type adhesives based on the adhesives currently used. Three direct printing processes of acrylate adhesive, styrene-butadiene emulsion and chitin adhesive.

2. Silk printing The main methods of silk printing are direct printing method, discharge printing method and anti-dye printing method. The direct printing method has been introduced before, and the discharge printing method, the transfer printing method, the osmosis printing method, etc. will be separately introduced in the relevant sections below, and the anti-dye printing method is mainly introduced here.

3. Knitted underwear printing Knitted underwear printing mainly applies the direct printing process of coatings. After fabric printing, it can be double-baked or naturally dried, which avoids the problems of easy deformation of wet processing of knitted fabrics and difficulty in wet processing of agricultural tablets. The printing method is mainly based on flat screen printing, and is divided into manual printing and machine operation. The printing method can adapt to various flower patterns of various forms and structures, and is suitable for the production of small batches and multi-colors.

4. Dyeing and printing Printing and dyeing printing is also called engraving. It is printed on the colored fabric with the discharge agent, and the dyed part of the pigment is destroyed, thus obtaining various patterns and patterns of printing. A discharge agent is a chemical that can decolorize the dyed base. Such as: hanging white, stannous chloride and so on. This method can be divided into white (white) and colored (printed). The latter dyeing method makes the fabric pattern fine, but the process is complicated and the cost is high.
