The last article has introduced a part of polyester bolting cloth, and today I will introduce another part to you. I hope my two articles can give you a little help.

5. Correct printing method

Printing patterns should be up to 70% of the inner diameter of the screen, otherwise there will be overprinter difficulties and four-sided image distortion.(this is usually the case with a balance of tension, except for the printing of goods and special fabrics.)

6. Correct sizing method

The sizing should be as slow as possible. The side of the sizing machine should be as blunt as possible.

The purpose of slow sizing is to allow the photoreceptor to fully fill the holes in the screen. Too fast sizing will squeeze the air into the holes and cause the appearance of trachoma.

After the first time the fine mesh plate has been dried, it must be coated on one side and then scraped at a sharp Angle for one or three times to ensure the smoothness of the mesh plate.

The photosensitive emulsion layer on the printing surface of the screen is thicker than the ink layer to serve as the media layer of the ink.

The cleaned plate must be sealed to avoid dust.

The screen plate with good photosensitive pulp must be exposed as soon as possible. If it cannot be used for a while, it must be sealed and kept with black adhesive paper to prevent the printing effect from being affected by problems such as dust sticking and re-damp or pre-exposure.

7. The screen with insufficient exposure at the appropriate exposure time will never harden, and the photosensitive emulsion on the scraping surface will be washed away during development.

The rough and blurry layer of photosensitive emulsion is a definite sign of insufficient exposure.Insufficient rinsing. Some of the dissolved photosensitive emulsions are stuck in the through hole area of the screen plate. After drying, only visible slag remains.

Underexposed screen printing plate solvent and printing ink resistance and wear resistance is very poor.And photosensitive pulp is not fully exposed on the screen plate is difficult to defilm.

8. How to calculate the correct printing time

Take an idle screen, after the good photosensitive pulp, section for exposure test to get the best time.

1) record the service time of the light source, so as to replace the light source according to the accurate time.

2) regularly clean the rubber cover, glass, lamp cover and reflector cover.

3) regularly clean the network room, check and repair the network drawing machine, printing machine and other equipment.
