Nylon mesh introduction and testing

Nylon mesh has good toughness, better wear resistance and high tensile strength. So there are a lot of places to be used.

Nylon mesh is a chemical fiber woven mesh made of chemical fiber such as nylon yarn, nylon yarn, polyester yarn or nanofiber, which is machined by wire mesh. Jinlun has the function of high temperature and alkali resistance, and polyethylene has acid resistance. Nylon net is the general term for these chemical fiber woven nets. Nylon mesh includes: (nylon blended,) nylon mesh, polyethylene mesh, shade net.

Nylon mesh is also called mesh cloth. It should be called warp knitted fabric. It is simply a fabric woven by warp knitting machine (knit). The mesh size and mesh depth of the mesh can be woven by adjusting the stitching of the warp knitting machine according to requirements, such as our common diamond shape, triangle shape, hexagon shape, and column shape, square shape, square shape and the like. The variety of mesh shapes is a major feature of warp-knitted woven fabrics. The range of fabrics involved is very wide, and there are also a large number of applications in outdoor equipment.

The weaving of nylon mesh is generally plain weave and semi-twist weave, and full weave.

The regular nylon mesh is produced and inspected according to the technical requirements and inspection rules of the national standard GB/T 14014-1992 "silk, synthetic fiber screen" and FZ 66205-1995 "special industrial wire mesh screen". The inspection of nylon net mainly depends on whether the mesh size is accurate, the processing precision, the mesh defect, the large mesh number, the wire diameter, etc. are in compliance with the regulations.
