In addition to the above advantages, the nylon mesh has some disadvantages such as high elongation and low heat resistance. Therefore, the following points should be noted when making nylon mesh:

Due to the high elongation of the nylon mesh, a strong frame and stretcher is required for printing. For the disadvantage of low heat resistance of nylon mesh, do not use hot melt to fix the wire during printing. Ultraviolet light also has a certain effect on nylon mesh, so care should be taken to avoid light when storing nylon mesh or its corresponding mesh.

When making, the darker the color, the more reflection can be avoided, but the longer the exposure time, the white mesh is not suitable for making fine patterns.

2. Nylon filter is mainly used for air conditioning dust removal, adhesive paint, deodorization, adsorption of harmful gases, noise reduction, water filtration, high temperature filtration, soot filtration.

Features: good selectivity, high ventilation, low resistance, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, air conditioning, nylon filter, common places: generally used for fresh air blowers, air outlets, etc., contact with outdoor air, indoor air treatment Machine and so on. It is suitable for ventilation and filtration in special wind, alkali and high temperature resistant places; it is suitable for household air conditioning, central air conditioning primary filtration, clean room return air filtration and so on.
