How to identify the quality of alloy filter mesh
MAISHI Wire Mesh Manufacture Group alloy filter mesh is mainly made of SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, copper, iron, galvanized, etc. through stamping or weaving, or welding processes. It has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, tensile strength, and wear resistance. It has the properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance and wear resistance; it is mainly used in mining, petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, machinery manufacturing, and other industries.
When you want to identify the quality of alloy filter mesh, below are some details that may help you well.
1. The interweaving between the warp and weft of the net is not strong and not tight. With the fingers up and down, the warp and weft will have an obvious appearance of loose shift.
2. The alloy filter screen will appear in the future and there will be serious signs of rolling. In addition, if the mesh standard is greater than or equal to 0.18mm, the natural zigzag diameter of the alloy filter mesh with a length of 1m is less than 80cm, the mesh standard is less than 0.18mm, and the natural zigzag diameter of the alloy filter mesh with a length of 1m is less than 60mm. Not qualified.
3. The net slope is serious, and after measuring by professional things, the latitude and longitude of the alloy filter net are not more than 4 degrees.
4. During the inspection process, there are large-area creases on the mesh surface. These creases should not be returned to the leveling condition after the stenciling, pressing, etc., and should be judged as unqualified.
5. If there is a large mesh gap between the meridians, it should be considered unqualified.
6. The large area density is out of tolerance.
7. Check whether the mesh surface is uneven. If you look closely, is there a large-scale appearance of running latitude?
8. The wire diameter of the warp and weft wire is outside the allowable plan.
