The harm of over-tensioning for nylon flour mesh stretching:
1. The nylon flour mesh hole is deformed and the opening size becomes larger;
2. As nylon flour mesh has its own extension limit, excessive stretching will shorten its service life;
3. Too tight will reduce the elasticity of the screen, especially when sieving powder, it will not be able to play the role of cleaning blocks, which will easily cause the sieve to be blocked;
4. Excessive tightening may also cause deformation of the screen core (especially for screen cores with a size above 740mm×740mm) and cause leakage.
