The brief intro about multi-layer stainless steel filter

Multi-layer stainless steel filter is the most common stainless steel filter, can be divided into different types based on the quantity of layer, such as single, double, three, five, eight, etc.
From the 80's to the early 90's, stainless steel filter sheets are mostly single-layer stainless steel filters. But in recent years, in terms of both performance and effectiveness, the multi-layer filters are more valuable.

Single-layer stainless steel filter are basically rarely used (and relatively inexpensive) in some more specific environmental conditions (e.g. highly corrosive environments).

The double layer stainless steel filter is formed by adding a layer of protective mesh to the single layer filter, the extra layer can be used to protect the filter layer from damage. The double-layer filter is a relatively affordable option in terms of use time and frequency of replacement.

The five-layer stainless steel filter plate structure is divided into a protective layer, a diversion layer and a filter layer. The protective layer and the diversion layer are the two layers that protect the filter layer. In the five-layer filter membrane, the filter layer is generally above 1000 mesh.

The eight-layer stainless steel filter plate is vacuum welded and the layers are very tightly connected to each other. The characteristic is that in harsh environments (e.g. highly acidic and alkaline), the eight-layer stainless steel filter plate is the most suitable option.
