How to select proper filter material based on different filter mediums...

For most mediums, we can use stainless steel mesh, such as petroleum, chemical, mining, aerospace, paper-making, electronic, metallurgy industry, etc. And for filtering under the acid and alkali environment, the stainless steel 316 material is the best choice, as it has very perfect performance of anti-acid and alkali.
 
For tea filtering, electronic products filtering, dust filtering and other liquid filtering which do not need a very high precision filter, polyester mesh is a better choice as it is much cheaper than stainless steel mesh.
 
For medium which require high wear-resistant, Nylon6 mesh and stainless steel mesh are the best choices, and stainless steel mesh has better performance than Nylon6.
 
For foods filtering, it is better to use Nylon66 and stainless steel. But the price of stainless steel is higher than Nylon66. You could select proper filter material according to your actual demand and budget.
