Knowledge of Dutch Weave Stainless Steel Filter Screens for Polymer Melt Filtrat

MAISHI Dutch weave stainless steel wire screen is widely used for extruder screen in plastic extrusion, for polymer melt filtration in every segment of plastics processing such as blown film, blow molding, sheet and film extrusion, filaments, and fibers. It is woven from high-tensile strength stainless steel wire, in the Reverse Dutch Twill pattern.

The stainless steel filter screens can be made like ribbon-style screen changers or a standard length of 30m or 30.5m. Like a dutch weave stainless steel belt, a reverse dutch weave wire screen also has 2 wires. The wrap wires are woven in a larger shute wire to support the structure, the weft wires are woven in a smaller shute wire, woven tightly for filtration.

High Tensile Warp AISI 304/316 wire for Auto-Screen changers used in the Poly Extrusion Industry. The AISI 304/316 Warp Wire's Tensile is 1300Mpa-1600Mpa and with the following features:

1. Zero aperture;
2. Light-proof woven;
3. Acid and alkali resistance;
4. Corrosion and rust resistance;
5. High resistance due to tight wire position;
6. Extreme low absolute grade of fineness ;
7. Heat resistance.
